New Car

We have purchased a brand new 2006 Toyota Yaris Sedan. Kevin picked it up yesterday (28th March 2006) and it's just beautiful to drive.

Oh what a feeling....................

We had an afternoon tea party for Jordan & Ellie's engagement at Trinity Lutheran Primary School on the 25th March 2006 with some 100 people. A few came around to our house afterward for an official present opening....they were blessed with lots of wonderful gifts from very generous family and friends.

Here we are at an Indian restaurant....relishing one of our last opportunities to dine out alone with our two beautiful daughters. Always precious memories.

A pretty nice pic of Kevin and I in our Sunday church clothes!!!!!!! I had the pink linen dress made in Thailand. It attracted quite a bit of interest with the church people. We had a special celebration at church this morning.In an attempt to build stronger links with the college community, a special service was put together whereby special invites were extended to college families. The service format was much more relaxed, more "user friendly", heaps of involvement by numerous others from the school community, and very well attended. Praise God. This is what we have been praying for. 

On Saturday night we went to Brooke Bloxsom's 21st party, which had the theme of "Mad Hatter's Party". There were some very innovative creations....I don't like hat hair so I chose to be hatless with others!

Is this the new car???

This is the Corolla, which we went to the dealer to purchase. However a new Yaris sedan has been released and has a lot of extra features (dual instead of single airbags, ABS brakes and some other brakey thingie, electric windows and ????). SO.......We have ordered a silver one (same silver as Ellie'e Esther). We can collect it in 2 weeks hopefully.

Just arrived in the car yard and not officially released....we are purchasing the new Yaris sedan. They only had a black one that came in today......took it for a test drive and it's very nice.
