HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our precious Ellie
We celebrated with a formal black tie dinner with about 30 people (it was meant to be small). I cooked a traditional Indian dinner,with entree and 3 courses; lamb saag was my favourite. We had formal table settings set up around the pool and Kevin and Anisia did a magnificent job getting the backyard just looking perfect for the occasion.
The cake was a very delicious chocolate mudcake. Tonight we will be having all the leftovers, just enough for the 5 of us.
