Fun in the snow.

Yesterday we travelled 2 hours from Chengdu by car to the base of Mt Emei which is 3099 metres above sea level. Mt Kosciusko is 2228 metres high! We then went by bus, foot, cable car and skyrail type vehicle to the summit, another 2 hours. It was breathtaking. It is a large Buddhist centre, with temples and a huge shrine of Buddha, supposed to be the tallest in the world. Sam and Kevin had a lot of fun throwing snow.
Tomorrow we leave for Singapore for 4 nights, arriving late in the evening.
